CES-C110(Practical)development platform is designed with CPU S5PC110 based on Samsung¡¯s latest kernel CortexTM-A8,operating frequency up to 1GHZ.Its ability of video decode is very large, and low power,upto1080P@30fps(1920*1080),supporting TV out(NTSC/PAL/HDMI),LCD typical resolution up to 1024*768. S5PC110 adopts a 32-bit RISC cost-effective, low power, high performance microprocessor or solution for mobile phones and general applications, and integrates an ARM Coretex-A8 which implements the ARM architecture V7-A with supporting numerous peripherals.S5PC110 adopts 64-bit internal bus architecture and includes many powerful hardware accelerators for tasks such as motion video processing, display control and scaling. The processor has wide range of applications and perfect solutions from smart phones to Navigation equipment. OS integrates many requisite components, such as wireless communication, personal navigation, camera, mobile games ,mobile music and video playing, PDA and so on.S5PC110 adopts 14*14 square mm FBGA encapsulation about 0.5mm pitches, supporting POP(package-on-package)and MCP(multiple chip package) technology such as OneDRAM, mobile DDR and LPDDR2 and so on.
S5PC110 insures that the battery has longer life by all kinds of low power technology. High speed 3D graphic imaging technology and supporting HD films is the two main functions of high-end mobile devices. S5PC110 integrates strong 3D graphic engine, supporting complex 3D UI and high-quality display games. In addition, the processor integrates 1080p high-quality codec engine, supporting 30fps play and video. Built-in HDMI 1.3 interface can transfer HD video data to external display equipment.
